The Android Auto wordmark should always be monochrome black or white. The color palette below reflects the core colors that make up the overall Android brand. These colors may be used as complements or background in marketing material, but the Android Auto wordmark should not be adjusted from monochrome black or white.
Just like our icon and wordmark, our colors are a mix of where Android has come from and where we want to go. Android Green is our primary color, a nod to the iconic robot green, but muted slightly to reflect how the brand has matured. When building for the brand, always start with Android green and make sure it is not too overpowered.

After starting with Android green, layer in our secondary colors – like blue, which hints at Google, our parent company, and Navy, which gives our compositions a grounded background to place elements against. Use these to accent your compositions.

Black and white are not our brand colors, but they may be used in your marketing materials. Black should be used only for copy, while white can be used for copy, background, or to outline shapes.
