Social media
Social media posts don’t need an attribution statement or smartphone requirements disclaimer. For banners and clickable creatives, the attribution statement can be included on the destination landing page.
How to display the trademark symbol (™)
Include a trademark symbol the first or most prominent time “Android Auto” or “Android” appears in text, for each language section of the marketing creative.
Don’t include a trademark symbol on subsequent references of the trademark.
Apply the trademark symbol as shown here: Android Auto™ Android™
Don’t apply the trademark symbol after “Android” when referring to Android Auto. Only include the trademark symbol after “Auto.”
Always use the trademark symbol (™) rather than the registered mark (®).
Don’t include a trademark symbol on social media posts.
Attribution statements
Google’s brand features, like product names, logos, and screenshots, can only be used with our explicit permission. If you’ve been granted permission to use our trademarks in your marketing materials, you’ll need to include an attribution statement in the creative.
Use our Legal line generator to create the correct legal line for your marketing materials. Simply select the brands and languages to generate the appropriate attribution statement in an instant.
