Incorrect usage
We love our wordmark, but it’s been constructed to strict standards. Here are some examples of what not to do with it.

Don’t use the bot head in place of the wordmark.

Don’t use the launcher icon in place of the wordmark.

Don’t place the wordmark at an angle.

Don’t change the color of the wordmark.

Don’t use the black wordmark on a dark colored background.

Don’t change the weight of the wordmark.

Don’t use the bot head in place of the word “Android” in the wordmark.

Don’t blur the wordmark.

Don’t add a drop shadow to the wordmark.

Don’t outline the wordmark.

Don’t use the badge without the outlined frame.

Launcher icon
The “Android Auto app” launcher icon should only be used in the context of a UI screen, or in marketing collateral promoting or referring explicitly to the Android Auto app on mobile devices.

Works with Android Auto badge ― only use alongside other ingredient badges.
The “Works with Android Auto” badge should only be used when showcasing competitor badges side by side in email, packaging, and online and print brochures.
